Firearms Purchase Instructions
and
Lead Times
Firearms Purchases
All Firearms must be sent to a Licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. Before purchasing a Firearm on our website you must make sure that the firearm is legal in your State and that you have located a Gun Shop or Dealer in your area to take delivery of your firearm.
You may pay for your purchase on the website or by phone. If you use the website we will need a valid phone number and email in order to contact you and verify the Dealer information we need to ship your firearm. If you order by phone we will require FFL information at the time of purchase.
Once we have the Gun Shop or Dealer information we will request a signed copy of the FFL license from the Dealer and when that has be acquired we will ship to the Dealer. The Dealer we ship to will handle the transfer of the firearm to you according to your State and Local laws.
If arrangement cannot be made with a Dealer or the firearm is not legal in your state your money will be refunded less 10 percent for charges that we incur from a canceled order. Once the firearm has shipped the sale is final. We will honor warranty work and repair of our firearm according to the warranty information page.
If an item is not in stock but you wish to purchase a particular make and model we can take orders over the phone and give an accurate lead time to delivery. With parts available for your build, the lead times is usually two to three weeks to build, test and ship. In stock items will be shipped same week as the order has been paid.
NFA Purchases
National Firearms Act items include machineguns, short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, silencers and a class called "other weapons". These items are legal to purchase in some states, but are restricted by NFA rules. In order to purchase these items there is an additional layer of BATFE regulations that must be followed. If you wish to purchase one of our items you must contact us via phone and we will go over the required steps.
These will include finding a dealer in your area that can accept transfer of the NFA item, and help you comply with a form 4 transfer of your firearm.
If you are a client of the silencer shop, our inventory is listed with them and the silencer shop can facilitate transfer to a NFA dealer in your area and help with the completion of the form 4 required to transfer the item to you.
Call first, we will be happy to assist you.
The above general rules for purchases and warranty apply. However if you must send your NFA back to us for repair there are special rules required by the BATFE that you will need to follow to get the firearm back to us.
All NFA rules apply for sales of NFA items.
